Forward and Backward Motor
When
Vin1 is high, current passes through relay coil 1 if NC2 is closed so NO1 will
be closed and motor will turn in the forward direction. And when Vin2 is high,
current passes through relay coil 2 if NC1 is closed so NO2 will be closed and
motor will turn in the backward direction.
Notes:
Two
6volts batteries are used so only two relays are needed one for the command
forward the other for backward.
Four diodes are used
as free wheeling diodes.
The
relays used have two internal switches one of them is normally open the
other is normally closed . normally open switch is used for switching and
the normally closed is used to make one action only control the
motor(forward or backward).
The
input current for the control circuit is about 0.5 mA so no buffering is
needed between this stage and logic control stage.
Decrease
the motor driving voltage results in speed reduction .this valid till some
value under which motor will not turn.
